It seems people continue to run into this fence. I have no idea how this person did not know they hit the fence. The tire tracks lead right to the damage.
There are so many damaged spots on this fence that repairs are useless, especially when people keep hitting it.

Our office will be closed both Monday and Tuesday, July 3rd and 4th.
The Pool will be closed on Monday, like always, for chemical maintenance
Our maintenance crew will be in on Monday and we will pick up trash as usual.
All staff will be off on Tuesday, July 4th, and will be back to work as usual on Wednesday.
We have some residents who continually wash off their carports with the hose and let water run down the street and into the storm drains. We have others who let the hose run so their kids can lay in the water. At the end of the day, we all are paying for this since we all kick in part of our dues to pay for water. Our last water bill is almost $30,000, which is a bit excessive.
