Upcoming Freezing Temperatures

Please be aware as the temperatures drop, there may be a risk of pipes bursting. To help prevent this, leave faucets dripping and cabinet doors open along with your heater set at least 65 degrees. The 2 stories with the outside laundry room, take extra precaution as those pipes are more likely to burst and remember there is no after hour emergency phone. If this happens, please call a plumber for repair as this is not the HOA’s responsibility. We hope everyone has a safe and warm weekend.

Vandalism At The HOA Office

Hello Homeowners,

I am reporting to you that we have a child or teenage breaking OUT our front office windows. The first time I reported to the police on December 26, 2025 and one of the officers found a marble on the ground and stated that someone received a sling shot for Christmas. The HOA office has double paned windows so we proceeded to get a quote for replacement for the outside window. We were within a day of paying the window company so they could order it which was $1,310.91. Thursday, January 15, 2026, I was opening the office when I saw another window shattered with another marble. That would cost the HOMEOWNER’S close to $2, 620.00 to replace and then that does not stop them from continuing causing damage. Because of the amount of damage according to Texas Penal Code Section 28.03 any damage over $2,500 is considered a felony and punishable by 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and/or a fine of up to $10,000.00.  We will prosecute to the max. If you know of anyone in your area playing with a sling shot, please report this to the office so that the police can investigate. Because of this, we are now in the process of framing in the entire office with siding. This will cost around $2,000.00 and will stop any future window damage. Otherwise we will be wasting money with constant repairs to the glass. This is very upsetting to me as a homeowner because this money should have been applied to the water bill or to the IRS. Please notify police or the HOA if you see any suspicious activity.
