Grand Prairie Mountain Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. is the Non-profit Subdivision Homeowners Association that manages our 22-acre townhouse community.

We are not a leasing office and do not have any available townhouse rental or sales information. Each of our 416 townhouses are individually owned. To see if properties are available, please drive the property and look for contact information posted on properties as either for sale or for rent.
