Dear Homeowners,
We would like to bring to your attention that all fences facing the common areas are the property of the Homeowners Association and are the responsibility of the Association for maintenance, repair, and staining.
It has come to our attention that some homeowners have painted or altered these fences in colors that do not comply with HOA guidelines. Please be advised that individual homeowners are not permitted to paint or modify fences that face common areas.
As outlined in the CC&Rs, Article IV, Maintenance, Section 4.1, the Association is responsible for maintaining all fences facing common areas to ensure a consistent appearance throughout the community.
