- No watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- No watering on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday.
- Even numbered addresses may water on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Odd numbered addresses may water on Tuesday and Fridays.
- When watering, a constant stream of water should not be allowed to flow into the street drainage.
- Watering during precipitation is prohibited. Rain sensors are required on newer watering systems.
Allowed:
- Handheld and soaker hoses are allowed to be used any time.
Over the past few days, Excalibur Towing has been removing vehicles from our visitor lots that have expired registration. This is not a recent rule for the visitor lots; it has been around for a very long time. In addition, we have towed a vehicle for an expired Parking Permit. Just like with vehicle registration, it is your responsibility to assure that these items are renewed prior to its expiration.

We will be doing a water line repair tomorrow beginning around 9AM and involving the following addresses on East Mountain Creek Court:
- 1 through 9
- 11 through 19 and
- 37 through 45
The leak itself is in front of number 7, but the main cutoff for the area will shut off water to those addresses above. We will have the water back on as soon as repairs are completed.
