Good afternoon,

We would like to address the recent flyers being distributed on homeowners’ and renters’ doors and vehicles. These flyers raise a number of concerns, and we want to take this opportunity to respond clearly and professionally.

Our HOA is committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism. We treat everyone with courtesy and respect, and we expect the same in return. Communication with our community is a priority. We regularly provide updates through the HOA website regarding important matters such as pending weather conditions, power outages, upcoming meetings, and other community issues. Residents are also always welcome to visit the office, where we are available to answer questions directly.
We want to firmly clarify that HOA fees are not being stolen or misappropriated. Financial matters, including the IRS lien and water status, have been discussed openly during board meetings and communicated through our website. We have been consistently making payments of $30,000 every two weeks for the water bill and reducing the IRS lien from $56,919 to under $10,000 within one year. This balance is on track to be fully paid off this year.
We value the voices of our community members. Concerns brought to our attention are addressed, and work orders are generated promptly to ensure maintenance issues are handled appropriately.
It is important to note that the individual distributing these flyers does not have a full understanding of the day-to-day operations of the office. Their limited interaction—primarily attending meetings and paying dues—does not reflect the scope of work and responsibilities managed daily by the HOA team.
We remain committed to transparency, accountability, and serving our community with integrity.

Just a friendly reminder that ONLY homeowners are allowed to vote and attend meetings not renters.

Sincerely,

GPMCHA, Inc.
