We have another water leak on East Townhouse (near the Golf course) at the end of the single story homes. This leak is much worse than the previous one.
Water will be back on as soon as possible.

I spoke with the landscaping company and we are moving mowing to Wednesday, primarily so we have time to get limbs and debris out of the common areas.
We need to keep the compactor empty to handle all the food people are likely to be throwing away on Monday, following the 20 hour power outage, so we cannot fill it up with tree branches and other debris. We will have the compactor empties following Monday’s trash pickup and several times more, as needed, to get ready for Thursday’s trash pickup.
We are going to cut up large branches today and leave them in place; small branches will be piled up or taken to the Dump. I have a call into the tree service, but they are probably very busy right now. We have one tree that needs to be completely removed due to storm damage.
Fences will have to wait until we have large limbs and discarded food sorted. We will try to get to fence repairs beginning Tuesday.
Here are several photos of yesterday’s storm damage, and considering the severity of the storm it could have been much worse. If you do have damage to your roof or carport, please make sure you are getting a reputable contractor to do your repairs.
We will have some maintenance employees here tomorrow to pick up the major broken branches, at least as much as the compactor will hold. We still need room in it for Monday’s trash pickup.
We are doing water supply line repairs on West Mountain Lane, between #6 and #8, whose water lines run under the sidewalk. We will have water back on as soon as repairs are made.
We seem to have one or more individuals who are burglarizing homes, sometimes in broad daylight. The last information we received was that 3 or 4 homes on each side of the subdivision have been victims.
Please report any suspicious activity within our townhome community to the GP Police by calling 911 or the non-emergency number, 972-237-8700.
Due to the bad weather, downed tree limbs, power outages, etc. we will not have a Board Meeting tonight.
It will be rescheduled for another date to be announced.
There is an Open Board Meeting scheduled for October 2nd at 7PM in the Association Office.
We have had several instances recently of people dumping along the back of the West side at or near the end of West Townhouse. Last night, someone dumped off a load of junk and were observed doing it. They had a dump bed vehicle and sadly, we did not get their license plate information.
If you see people dumping anything on HOA property or City property, please call the Office and let us know.
We need to put a stop to this and those responsible will be prosecuted.
Sometime between 11 AM and 12 Noon, someone cut off 2 padlocks from a compartment on one of the two MetroScape trailers and stole 3 leaf blowers and 2 string trimmers. This was done in broad daylight just to the South of the Office, under the tree near the corner of West Mountain.
This theft amounts to about $5,000 in equipment lost by our landscaping contractor. If you saw something, please call the Office
