The Office and Maintenace staff will be off on Thursday, November 24, 2022, and on Friday, November 25th, 2022.
We will have a small crew come in on Friday, November 25th, to pick up trash.
Please do not set trash out on Thursday, as the local wildlife will get into it and scatter it everywhere.
The City will be out on the property repairing water meter leaks at the flanges.
There are several repairs overall; currently, they are on West Mountain Lane, and another meter on their list is on East Creek Drive near #31.
The Office will be closed on Friday, November 4th.
We will reopen on Monday, November 7th.

We will be open again on Monday, September 26th.
The 2022 Pool season will be ending this Sunday, September 18th, at 9 PM.
