The Pool will be permanently closed 2025 due to the high cost of operating and maintenance repairs that is required. We received a quote of $21,656.83 to bring the pool into operating condition. This does not include hiring a full time CPO (Certified Pool Operator) to maintain the chemicals and to sanitize if needed and to be on call. Plus the cost of paying monitors to work at the pool. We are sorry to see the pool being closed but the HOA does not have the funds for the operation needed to run the pool. Thank you for your understanding.
P*** poor management. Fines for not paying taxes on time because of your accounting firm. Failure to pay water bills. Employment taxes. Failure to
address collections to properly collect all monies due, and letting them hang out so long that we’re in this position. Every member of the board should be sued. You should be held legally accountable for your actions when this is an epic failure of your responsibilities. File for bankruptcy start fresh with new proper managment. Each of you should be sued in conjunction with the fact that we purchased properties that we cannot utilize due to your incompetence as a team. How much money have you lined in your pockets. File bankruptcy. Each of you should be completely ashamed of yourself. Especially those of you have been there for a long time and have allowed this to take place. You are morally and financially responsible for the epic failure of this homeowners association. I’m filing a complaint with the state in asking, for a full lethal investigation of your actions and failures.
