J&S, an ONCOR contractor, will be on the east side replacing underground cables from around 26 East Mountain Lane towards 14th Street, near the golf course. As most of you know, they have been on property several times replacing the old cables from the 1970’s which have deteriorated.
The Pool is closing on September 15th at 8 PM. We will be covering it sometime next week.
With the weather staying overly warm, we will be keeping the Pool open for the next few weeks. Once the weather cools off, we will revisit the situation and advise.
Pool hours for Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday are from 4 PM to 9 PM. Saturday and Sunday hours remain the same.
We have another water leak at a meter located near East Townhouse Lane, between 10 and 12. This meter feeds East Townhouse from 1 to 19, and 3 houses on East Mountain Lane, 7, 9 and 11.
Water will be off as we repair this leak. We will have the water back on as soon as possible.
There is a meter leak on the East side, between Mountain Creek Court and Drive.
The leak is on the City side of the meter and the City is out there repairing it now.
Our Labor Day schedule is as follows:
Office – Closed all day
Maintenance – Closed all day
Trash – No trash pickup on Monday, Labor Day, We will pick up trash on Tuesday, September 3rd. Notices are being put out now.
Pool – The pool will be open from 11 AM to 9 PM on Labor Day, then returning to the posted after school schedule.
The Office will be closed tomorrow, Monday, August 26th. We will reopen on Tuesday, August 27th.
