Office Hours Changed

The Office is staffed Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM.  The door is locked for health reasons and payments can be put into the drop box. If you need to put in a work order, email the request to  office@gpmcha.org or you can call the Office or leave a message; Sometimes Terry is away from her desk doing other things, so leave a voice message.  Both Terry and I are in the high risk group and we are protecting our health, as should all of you.

If things change we will notify you, but for now, the Office will be operating on reduced hours. Maintenance personnel will still be maintaining the property, so please remain a minimum of 6 feet from them.

Thanks

Excessive Speeds on Property

We have been noticing that many people, residents and visitors alike, are driving through the property way too fast. Kids are out of school until the Fall, probably, and people are out walking and riding their bikes while we all try to stay home and stay healthy.

I have seen it all too often, some drivers are doing at least 40 MPH (maybe more), which is entirely too fast. We installed speed bumps in an effort to slow people down, but the result is some drive faster so they cannot feel the speed bumps.  This is totally unsafe, unacceptable and damages the speed bumps. The bolts holding them in place are being sheared off.

The posted speed limit on property is 10 MPH for a reason. There are many blind corners here, including carports, and kids playing in and around our streets while they cannot go to school.

Please slow down when driving our streets.

UPDATE – 2020 Annual Membership Meeting Postponed

We will be placing notices on each property early next week so everyone is aware of the postponement.

West Townhouse Repairs

West Townhouse Lane is now open following repairs done by the City following a major water leak a few weeks ago.

As you can see from the photos below, the City has replaced a large area of the street with concrete, including the water drainage channel like it had before.

Update on West Townhouse Lane

The City says they will be pouring concrete tomorrow, February 29th and the street will reopen on Monday at 10 AM. In the interim, the street is blocked completely and those who live on West Townhouse in the work zone will not be able to get to their carports until the repairs are completed.
