Jerry Hopper was re-elected to another 3-year term, ending in March of 2024.

The purpose of this meeting is to elect one Board member to fill a vacancy left by the end of a term. Election packets were sent out several weeks ago; be sure to turn in your Proxy or Absentee Ballots before the start of the meeting, or they will not be valid.
If you are mailing them in, please send them at least 7 days prior to the meeting, March 19, to assure they are received.
This year, we will be painting West Townhouse Lane from 1 to 29 and 2 to 36. Prior to painting, we will be pressure washing and doing repairs to soffits and fascia. We will paint the fronts of the townhouses first.
The Office will be closed all day on Wednesday., March 3, 2021.
It will reopen on Thursday, March 4, 2021.
Due to the weather last week, Republic did not make it out here to empty the compactor, so we have no where to put trash until they empty it sometime today. We will pick up the remaining trash as soon as possible.

We have most of the maintenance crew in today and we will be picking up what trash is set out and also checking the property for any water leaks caused by burst water pipes. The Office will be closed today so if you need us to come shut off your water,, call the Office number and listen to the end of the message for the Emergency phone number. We will answer it and get to you as soon as we can.
Current plans are that we will still pick up trash tomorrow, despite the snow.
While it will be very cold, at least the snow will not melt and become ice later.
