This year we are painting the entirety of West Mountain Lane, from #1 through #35.
We will put out notices before we pressure wash the property and will do needed repairs prior to painting.

This year, we will be painting West Townhouse Lane from 1 to 29 and 2 to 36. Prior to painting, we will be pressure washing and doing repairs to soffits and fascia. We will paint the fronts of the townhouses first.
The 2019 Paint season will start this Thursday, March 7th. On this year’s schedule are the 2 story units from 71 to 129 West Mountain Creek Drive, and 47 to 69 West Townhouse Lane. As we go along, we will leave notes on houses before we pressure wash the buildings and will do repairs prior to painting. We do the base coat first and come back for the trim color.
