A Clarification on 2015 Dues

We have had a few calls to the Office about the letter sent out detailing Association Dues for 2015.

Some people think the phrase “$158 and $148 if you have a security light” means they have to pay both. This is not the case.

You will pay the same dues in 2015 as you did in 2014;  $158 per month or $148 per month if you have a security light on your home.

The 2015 Budget and December Notice

The Board has voted and accepted the Budget for 2015. The Budget, Budget Letter and a 2 page Notice for December are currently at the printers.  All 4 pages will be mailed out next week to all homeowners.

The December Notice details several continued issues within the subdivision, and once again requests all homeowners to update their contact information including mailing address, email address, and a current phone number.

The monthly Dues for 2015 will remain $158.00 and $148 for those with Security lights on the end of their homes. This does not include motion sensor lights under carports; it is only for the 63 homes with the large photoelectric sensor lights on the end of the buildings.

Here’s a link to the Notice Items – December 2014 sent to all homeowners.

Unsupervised Children

I was told today that two boys, maybe 10 or 11 years old, were trying to pry off the cover of a phone junction box on the side of a building located on E Mountain Creek Drive. Why they wanted to do this is known only to themselves. An adult stopped them or no telling what damages they could do.

Let’s keep an eye on the area to help prevent vandalism by anyone, including kids.
