Pool Update

After an email sent to the emergency phone people, they called a bit ago and said they can have a tech out on Saturday, the 28th.  Not sure when exactly, just sometime during the day. Not sure if the inspector works on the weekend or not, but we can try getting her back out here.

We will keep you updated as things change.

Pool Opening Postponed

We had every intent on opening the Pool on the 28th, however, when the inspector came out yesterday to check things out, the emergency phone was not working. So, the pool did not pass inspection. Out of all the things they look at, this is the only problem. It means we cannot open the pool as we had hoped.

We contacted the emergency phone people several times and the fastest they can get here to fix it is May 31st.  We are trying to prod them along to get them here sooner but there are no guarantees.

We will keep you advised.

Street Repairs – West Townhouse Lane

Asphalt Repairs are scheduled this week. On March 17th, Property Paving will be out to saw cut the repair areas and will begin the asphalt repairs on Friday, March 18th.

This will impact the following addresses:

23-29 and 28 to 36, as well as 31-37 and 39-45, as referenced in the map below as the 73×17 foot section in the upper portion of the map and asphalt patches listed in the center of the map. The area will be blocked off during these repairs and residents will need to find alternate places to park their vehicles while the repairs are made.

Concrete repairs on a section of West Townhouse Lane next to the woods will be started on March 22 and the area will not be usable until March 26 when the barricades are removed. Please use alternate access to your properties and avoid this area until the barricades are removed. If you need to park vehicles in the visitor lots, that is acceptable during these repairs.

New Payment Method

We have opened up a Zelle account with our bank to see if it will be an easy method for people to pay their association dues, in lieu of checks or having to buy a money order.

As we understand it, you must have a Zelle account through the app or through your bank.

The email to send money to is       payments@gpmcha.org

We will make this available as of today and if all goes well, we will add it to the list of payment methods henceforth.

My bank says they charge $1 per send, but it is still cheaper than using the PayPal method.
