On reading the new Towing Sign that is posted on this site, it states “Parking. . . in assigned reserved spaces not displaying valid Resident Permit on windshield. . .” As far as I know, there have never been Resident Permits issued for cars in our complex. Is this something new?

This appears to be a generic sign that Excalibur uses for Apartments and other communities that do have parking permits and assigned spaces. At this time, the only “reserved spaces” we have within the subdivision are the carports within the lot/property you either own or rent. We do not issue parking permits at this time, but we may discuss it at the next Board meeting in February.
