As you are all aware, we are down to 3 maintenance people for both sides of the property. With that being said, please bear with us as we are trying to get the lawn under control. Any issues with plumbing will always take priority. On Friday, July 25th, we had a major water leak that had to be immediately repaired. On Sunday, July 27th, we received a call regarding another major water leak that had to be repaired on Sunday which took 6 hours. Also, remember we do trash on Monday’s and Thursday’s and large items on Wednesday. The maintenance crew are doing their best to keep the grounds mowed and edged along with water leaks and unexpected issues. We realized the shrubs are in need of desperate attention. Hopefully soon there will be a day they can dedicate to trimming shrubs. If you have any request, please contact the office only not the maintenance crew directly because they cannot stop working to answer your questions or do personal request.
