Once again, we have someone vandalizing our signs, this time on West Townhouse Lane. This one is the worst, but they marked over 2 of the Visitor Lot signs. These signs are about $20 each and are custom signs. If anyone has an idea on who is doing this, please let us know.
This had to of happened Saturday evening cause i would of seen it. I saw it Sunday morning. By any chance is this a gang sign?
As an owner, it seems like several renters are moving in, not sure if that contributes at all, but of course I often see young kids walking down Belt Line Rd or riding their bikes around. Will continue to watch for anything that seems out of the ordinary and pass along info.
We do have a lot of renters these days, almost 1/3 of the 416 properties are rentals. And some of these folks are not told about our rules, or they claim no knowledge of them. But this is just plain vandalism, may not even be anyone that lives here. It looks like the sign is marked with “NYC” if you look at it sideways.
