I saw 2 trucks last Saturday, installing cable to a property on the East side. I noticed they both left and did not pick up the empty spool and just left it on the grass next to the house. What bothers me more than an empty spool is how they did this install. (See the photos below) This cable runs across 2 sidewalks leading to someone’s front door…. Time Warner has a really bad habit of these types of install; we have been trying to get them to bury cables for the past 2 years, cables that also run across common property and across sidewalks.
