We are currently experiencing a shortage of funds and kindly ask that you please make your HOA dues payment as soon as possible.

Your timely payment is important to help maintain the community and cover ongoing expenses.

This is a reminder of the community trash collection guidelines:

• All trash bags must not exceed 25 lbs.
• ALL bags must be securely tied with a knot. Untied bags will not be picked up.
• Glass or sharp objects must be placed in a sealed box and clearly labeled.
• All trash must be placed out by 7:30 AM.
• Only covered trash cans may be set out the night before.
• Branches must be cut into 3-foot pieces and securely bundled.
• All boxes must be broken down.
• Do not apply bleach, cayenne pepper, or any other substances to trash bags.

Dear Homeowners,

When writing your check for monthly HOA dues, please use black or dark blue ink only, as our bank scanner is unable to read checks written in other colors.
