Dear Homeowner/Resident,

This is a reminder of the community trash collection guidelines:

  • All trash bags must not exceed 25 lbs.
  • ALL bags must be securely tied with a knot. Untied bags will not be picked up.
  • Glass or sharp objects must be placed in a sealed box and clearly labeled.
  • All trash must be placed out by 7:30 AM.
  • Only covered trash cans may be set out the night before.
  • Branches must be cut into 3-foot pieces and securely bundled.
  • All boxes must be broken down.
  • Do not apply bleach, cayenne pepper, or any other substances to trash bags.
