Once again, we have someone vandalizing our signs, this time on West Townhouse Lane. This one is the worst, but they marked over 2 of the Visitor Lot signs. These signs are about $20 each and are custom signs. If anyone has an idea on who is doing this, please let us know.
It seems someone on a dirt bike decided to run from PD around lunch time, which is never a good idea.
They saturated the West side with 6 to 8 units, plus the helicopter, and I am told they chased him around the property for a short while.
A Sergeant came into the Office later on to let us know they arrested the individual.

The HOA is open on Veterans day, both the Office and maintenance, and we will pick up trash as usual.
During the Fall months, we are replacing sidewalks around the property. The photos below are of a section of sidewalk that was getting pretty bad. We are replacing sections as we go, and doing the worst ones first. We have tried some repairs in certain areas, but they are short lived. So, we cut up the old sections and replace them. Some sidewalks here do not have any mesh or re-bar, and some are less than a few inches thick. We are also inserting pins along the edge when we mate up old and new sections to add rigidity.
Once again, we are fortunate to have maintenance guys capable of doing many things; we save a lot of money as compared to hiring contractors to do this stuff.
We have had some folks with black spray paint defacing signs, etc., but this is the first time they painted the side of a building, to my knowledge.
I have notified the City regarding this activity. Not sure why Brylee wanted everyone to know they were here.
