Here’s a few photos of the top windows; they will have the East and West top windows finished today and begin installing the lower glass and doors tomorrow. I will post more photos then. Sorry, but it was cloudy when I took these. I will post some better ones later.
These are between West Townhouse and the end of West Mountain Creek Drive; they look a lot better. Plus, thinning them out lets the grass below have a chance of some sunlight, just like at the Pool.
Once we dug into the area around the leak on the east side and tried to shut off the water, the top part of the gate valve (where the “handle part” is) sheared off. So, we cannot shut off the water with that valve and it must also be replaced. It may not have been shut off in the last 40 years so I am betting it seized up. We do have plumbers coming tomorrow morning.
The main issue now is that we have to go back to the city shut-off valve to shut off the water so we can fix our shut-off valve. This means most of the East side of the complex near 14th and East Townhouse and E Mountain will be without water for part of tomorrow.
We will be putting out more notices on affected townhouses today.
We will be repairing a water leak in one of our 2″ main lines beginning on Wednesday morning, September 3, 2014.
This repair will affect East Townhouse and East Mountain.

We had originally hoped to have the Pool open today, but due to unforeseen conditions, we need to closed the pool for maintenance and chemical shocking.
We will advise if the Pool will be open next weekend.
