We had originally hoped to have the Pool open today, but due to unforeseen conditions, we need to closed the pool for maintenance and chemical shocking.
We will advise if the Pool will be open next weekend.

I checked with Metroscape and they will have crews out here mowing on Monday, Labor Day.
We will open the Pool today from 1PM to 8PM today and opening at the regular times on Saturday and Sunday.
The Pool will also be open on Monday for the holiday; we will then go back to weekends only.
With Monday, September 1st, being a holiday we will not be picking up trash. We will do trash pickup the following day, Tuesday, September 2nd. Please do not put your trash out on Monday.
In addition, the installation of the Thermal Windows in the Office will be starting on September 2nd. The Office will be rather busy as the windows are changed out, so please pardon the mess until the installation is completed.
We will be having added trees trimmed and thinned out on the West side of the subdivision, between the end of West Townhouse and the end of West Mountain Creek Drive. We have identified 4 trees there that need some care; if they have time, we may be able to get a few more trimmed that day.
The crew from S&P Tree Service will start working around 8AM tomorrow.
Beginning on Monday, September 1st, our landscaping contractor will be mowing on Mondays. They will not be mowing this Saturday, August 30th.
Our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions requires that we have current and accurate copies of each owners insurance policy, as stated below (in part):
5.2 Individual Insurance. By virtue of taking title to a Lot, each Owner acknowledges that the Association has no obligation to provide any insurance for any portion of any Lot, and each Owner covenants and agrees with all other Owners and with the Association that each Owner shall carry property insurance on his Lot and all structures constructed thereon and a liability policy covering damage or injury occurring on the Lot. The property insurance shall cover loss or damage by fire and other hazards commonly insured under an “all-risk” policy, if reasonably available, including vandalism and malicious mischief, and shall be in an amount sufficient to cover the full replacement cost of any repair or reconstruction in the event of damage or destruction from any such hazard.
The Association shall have the right, but not the obligation, at the expense of the Owner, to acquire the insurance required to be maintained by the Owner if the Owner fails to provide a valid policy to the Association with a prepaid receipt within ten (10) days after receipt by the Owner of a written request from the Association. If the Association does acquire insurance on behalf of any Owner, the cost thereof shall be assessed against the Owner and the Lot as a specific assessment pursuant to Section 6.5.
We will be sending out another Owner Information request next month (one was sent last year with minimal responses). I hope that this time, everyone responds within the 10 days mentioned above. Any owner who does not provide proof of insurance will be subject to the Association acquiring insurance on your behalf and at your expense.
Please provide the Office with proof of homeowners insurance so we do not have to resort to the alternative.
Someone is putting these tags on vehicles parked near West Creek. So far, two vehicles have been “tagged” with these “Warnings”. These are not from our towing company nor were they put on these cars by authorized Association Employees. What is also questionable is they appear to be bought online and the adhesive is weak; real tow tags are very difficult to remove.
Real tags will have “Dave’s Hi-way ” on them and a phone number, among other information.
If you see anyone tagging vehicles with the type of tag listed above, please call the Office.
With school starting on Monday, August 25th, we will be changing the days the Pool will be open to Saturday and Sunday. We will try to also have it open on Fridays, but that will depend on scheduling of personnel.
We will post any further changes here.
There are a few things we wanted to bring to the attention of our residents which recently occurred.
They then decided they could deliver to the rear of the home, using the street; why they didn’t do this to begin with is anyone’s guess. I will be calling their district offices regarding this matter.
