The Board of Directors unanimously approved a 6% increase in dues to our CC&R, Section 6.3, which will increase dues by $12 per month. The notice of the 2026 budget has been placed in the mail for delivery. Please be on the lookout for them. The increase in dues will begin on January 1, 2026. Please make any changes at the bank if you are having them send automatic checks to pay your bills. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 214-264-2587.
Alert:
It has been reported to the HOA by several residents that there has been attempts to break into their homes on the west side. One attempt was during the mid-afternoon and one was late evening. Please take necessary precautions such as locking your doors/windows and any additional security measures. Please also notify the police.
I have contacted the police to see if they can do extra patrols throughout our areas. The HOA is not responsible for any security. Please refer to the CC&R – Article III – 3.8
We have been told that some homeowners did not receive the mailing we sent out detailing our special assessment request.
Below is a link homeowners can use to download and print out the ballot sheet, fill it out and sign it, and either mail it in or drop it off at the office.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Just a friendly reminder to please turn in your ballots so a decision can be made regarding the special assessment.
Thank you!
As you are all aware, we are down to 3 maintenance people for both sides of the property. With that being said, please bear with us as we are trying to get the lawn under control. Any issues with plumbing will always take priority. On Friday, July 25th, we had a major water leak that had to be immediately repaired. On Sunday, July 27th, we received a call regarding another major water leak that had to be repaired on Sunday which took 6 hours. Also, remember we do trash on Monday’s and Thursday’s and large items on Wednesday. The maintenance crew are doing their best to keep the grounds mowed and edged along with water leaks and unexpected issues. We realized the shrubs are in need of desperate attention. Hopefully soon there will be a day they can dedicate to trimming shrubs. If you have any request, please contact the office only not the maintenance crew directly because they cannot stop working to answer your questions or do personal request. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
The Special Meeting for July 17,2025 has been cancelled due to illness. We will cover the Special Assessment at the next meeting August 7, 2025.
Thank you for your understanding.
