Since we last added 2 weeks to the Pool schedule, attendance has been poor, mostly due to the recent storms.
As a result, we have decided to close the pool for the 2018 season this Sunday, September 9th, at 9 PM.

The Pool will be open from 11 AM to 9 PM on Labor Day. It will be closed on Tuesday, September 4th for cleaning and chemical maintenance.
Since the temperature will be in the high 90’s for quite a while, we will be extending the pool season for 2 weeks beyond our usual end of season on Labor Day, September 3rd.
2018 Pool season will continue until September 16th at 9 PM. If we decide to add on to that time, we will post it here.
Starting next week, we are going to “After School Hours” where the pool will open at 3 PM and close at the usual times.
Saturday and Sunday hours will stay the same.
Due to a recent event, we have added a new item to our current Pool Rules.
Absolutely no plug-in devices (120 volt) will be allowed within the pool area.
All 120 volt outlets within the pool fence are for HOA Pool staff use, such as the Auto Vac or fans for our Pool Monitors.
These outlets are not for electric grills, radios, or other 120 volt items brought into the pool area by homeowners and/or their guests.
The Pool will open today at 11 AM. We will be open on Thursday, this week only, to make up for being closed over the weekend. We then go back to the usual schedule of being closed on trash days, Monday and Thursday,
The Pool will be closed until further notice due to a mechanical problem with the sand filter. The bypass valve is leaking badly and allowing water to bypass into the drains, instead of through the filters. There is enough water being bypassed that we cannot refill the pool fast enough. We do not want to burn out the 2 pumps, which cost about $1,200 each.
We hope to get the parts required to fix the valve on Monday. We will keep you advised.
Here is a photo of the pool after dark with the new LED pool lights. We had a light go out and decided to replace them with wide angle LED lights.
They are much brighter and more energy efficient than the old pool lights.
The new Pergola has been fully completed and will be available for use when the Pool opens this Friday at 3PM.
The Pool will open as planned, on May 25th at 3 PM.
