Long time Board member, Michael Baker, submitted his written resignation last night at the Special Meeting. We wish Mr. Baker well in his endeavors and thank him for his many years of service to the Association.

We would like to welcome Bobby Gentry as our newest Board member; he is filling out the remainder of Daniel Flores’ term which ends in March 2016. Bobby has been on the Board previously and is also a former Board President. He has a lot to offer the Association.
We received a resignation in the mail from long time Board member Mr. Daniel Flores, effective on September 4, 2014. We want to thank Mr. Flores for his many years of dedicated service to the Association and wish him all the best.
At last night’s Board Meeting, the Board nominated and approved the addition of Mary Hartman to the Board, and subsequently nominated and approved her to be our Secretary. Mary was on the Board previously, filling out the remainder of Bobby Gentry’s term. She will now be filling out the remainder of Dotti’s term, which ends in 2017.

The Fines and Enforcement Policy approved by the Board at last night’s Special Meeting has been filed with Dallas County. We will begin to send out Violation notices, per the statute, early next week.
We have scheduled a Special Meeting for July 10th at 7PM in the Office. The meeting will be followed by an Executive Session.
