Maintenance and the Office will close at Noon on Thursday, December 31, 2020, and remain closed on New Years Day. We will return on January 4, 2021.
We will be picking up trash as usual on Thursday, December 31st.

The Office will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, December 24th and 25th.
We will pick up trash on Thursday morning as usual.
The Office and Maintenance will be off on Thursday and Friday, November 26 and 27. We will not pick up trash on Thursday, but we will pick up trash on Friday.
Please do not set out trash on Thursday. We will go back to the regular schedule on Monday.
Both the Office and Maintenance will be closed on Monday, September 7th, in observation of the Labor Day holiday.

Trash will be picked up on Thursday, July 2nd, as usual and we will be open on Monday, July 6th.
The Office and Maintenance will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

We are still on temporary Office hours/days of 9 AM to 3 PM, on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
Our Christmas/New Years schedule is as follows:

- Trash will be picked up as usual this week on Monday and Thursday, December 23 and December 26
- New Years Day, Wednesday, January 1 – Office and maintenance CLOSED
- Trash will be picked up as usual New Years week, Monday and Thursday, December 30 and January 2
The HOA is open on Veterans day, both the Office and maintenance, and we will pick up trash as usual.
Our Labor Day schedule is as follows:
Office – Closed all day
Maintenance – Closed all day
Trash – No trash pickup on Monday, Labor Day, We will pick up trash on Tuesday, September 3rd. Notices are being put out now.
Pool – The pool will be open from 11 AM to 9 PM on Labor Day, then returning to the posted after school schedule.
