What’s the reason for pool closure for the season?

I missed the meeting on June 6 due to other obligations, but would like to know the reason(s) why the pool is closed for this summer. I think an explanation provided to the community would be helpful.

Why is the pool closed and also I am living with my mom but my name has to be on the lease for me to park in the parking lot ? We have two cars in the car port and one extra that we can’t park due to our name having to be on the lease which sucks because I am the child of the mother living here and I wake up at 4 am for work and have to walk very far to another neighborhood to get in my car . Also I got my car towed with no warning and I wasn’t in the parking lot for 48 hours it was when I was visiting before I moved back . It’s not fair I think due to all the parking spots that’s unable to be used.
