Alert:
It has been reported to the HOA by several residents that there has been attempts to break into their homes on the west side. One attempt was during the mid-afternoon and one was late evening. Please take necessary precautions such as locking your doors/windows and any additional security measures. Please also notify the police.
I have contacted the police to see if they can do extra patrols throughout our areas. The HOA is not responsible for any security. Please refer to the CC&R – Article III – 3.8
There is a man that has been seen walking into the tree area in the evening. On
W Mountain Creek Dr if you look you can Almost see a pathway.
Not sure who own that land that has the job trespassing sign.
I have seen that man and sometimes a woman walking around the property sometimes looking through what people have left out for garbage day.
Sorry to this but how are the only one seeing thing and not calling the law on them. I dont belive that they would be breaking and entering someone house cause i do beliveve that people these day are packing a weapon in there home for protection.plus your flase claiming this post you posted on the breaking in and enter has happend.. cause nothing has happend trust me you would hear about it…
I know theres a fishing hole down there it fish creek that people fish there alot. Cause my couisn has fished there..but alway be cautious because they’re snakes down there thank you for your time and God bless
