Isn’t this something that can and should be done in the off-season?? We only have 3 months out of the year that we can use the pool, and we are required to purchase a pool pass (which should not be a fee because it is a private pool to residents only, and haven’t had a pool on East side in many many years). I am a homeowner since Oct 2000. We originally never had a pool pass fee…
Um, we have to drain the pool to repair the plaster. And, no, it cannot wait as the separated area is sharp and can cut someone’s foot very easily. It is a safety issue and must be addressed immediately.
If there is one separated area in the plaster, there are likely others.
Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Now I understand better that it is closed for urgent repairs. Completely understand and agree this is an urgent matter.
Thank you again.
Do we know when the pool will be drained and when repairs are scheduled to take place?
It takes a while to drain 90,000 gallons of water; it is currently draining. Plans are to do repairs this weekend, barring any unforeseen issues.
