We have changed the Pay Pal info on the right to reflect the 2022 homeowners dues, which is a $5 increase per month from last year to help cover the increases in everything. It includes the processing fee Pay Pal charges for using a credit card.
For those who pay by check or money order, the 2022 dues are:
With a guard light on the gable or a pole using your electricity – $187.00
Without a guard light on the gable or a pole using your electricity – $197.00
