They do need to be fined for anything dangerous in trash bags.
Wish I could catch the person letting their dog potty in the front of my condo. They need to be fined.I have enough out there for 3 dogs, big dogs.
Unless a homeowner sees the dog’s owner and can identify that person, there is little we, or GP Animal Control, can do about this. If you do observe the dogs defecating and not being picked up, you can go to Animal Control, fill out an affidavit, and they will fine the owner as if they saw them personally. I have filled out a few of these forms myself, and I get tired of these irresponsible pet owners just walking away and leaving it for someone else to worry about.
P.S. These are townhouses, not condos. Big difference.
