Hello,

I was just notified that the water leak is much worse than initially thought, and we will need to shut the water off immediately so they can locate where the line has broken.

They have already tried pumping the water out with two pumps, but the water is still flowing tremendously, making it impossible for them to see where the leak is coming from.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while they work to locate and address the broken line.

Good morning, everyone!

Yesterday, one of the contractors working for Oncor accidentally drove their large trucks over the grass and damaged our water line. As a result, we will need to shut off the water to a large portion of the homes on the westside of the community. Please note that not all homes will be affected.

The water will be shut off at 9:00 AM so our maintenance team can begin digging and repairing the damaged line. The repair process may take several hours and could potentially last throughout the day. We will work as quickly as possible to restore service.
