The office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 27th and November 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will resume business on Monday, December 1st, 2025.

The Board of Directors unanimously approved a 6% increase in dues to our CC&R, Section 6.3, which will increase dues by $12 per month. The notice of the 2026 budget has been placed in the mail for delivery. Please be on the lookout for them. The increase in dues will begin on January 1, 2026. Please make any changes at the bank if you are having them send automatic checks to pay your bills. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 214-264-2587.
