2018 Pool Season

The Pool will be opening on May 25th at 3 PM.  Pool season closes on September 3rd, Labor Day.

There is a change to the cost for pool passes, however. We are now charging $10 per year for a pool pass, per household.

Those who have already paid their $5 for a previous pool pass will only need to pay another $5 for the 2018 pass. Those members that have never had a pool pass before will need to pay $10.

We will continue to change the pool passes every year. Ours is a private pool for the sole use of our HOA members and their guests.

Labor Day Schedule

Office

The Office will  be closed on Monday, September 4th and Tuesday , September 5th.

Trash

We will pick up trash on Tuesday, September 5th. Do not put trash out on Monday to avoid fines.

Pool

We normally close the Pool right after Labor Day, but we will keep it open for a while longer. We will stick with the current open-close times as posted on the website.

We might change to weekends only, but we will post the changes before they are implemented.

Pool Hours Have Changed effective August 8, 2017

Monday                   Closed

Tuesday                  3PM  to 9 PM

Wednesday             3 PM to 7 PM *

Thursday                 Closed

Friday                     3 PM to 9 PM

Saturday                 11 AM to 9 PM

Sunday                   12:00 Noon  to 8:00 PM

*Adult Swim from 7:15 PM to 9 PM

POOL CLOSED

The Pool is closed until further notice due to the Emergency phone not being operational. It must be working or we cannot open the pool.

AT&T has been advised of the problem, but they are the one who cause the emergency phone to fail when they work on U-Verse or phone lines in the vicinity.

This is not the first time they have caused the emergency phone not to work.

We will advise once it has been repaired and is functional again.

2017 Pool Season

The pool will be opening on Friday, May 26th, for the Memorial Day Weekend.  We will open and close at the times posted on the Pool Schedule/Rules page.

We have a new Pool manager this year and all of our monitors will be wearing T-shirts identifying them as Pool Staff.

All residents who have a pool pass need to come to the Office and get the 2017 pool pass; you do not need to pay to get the 2017 Pool Passes. We will not let you in if you have an old pool pass.  If you do not currently have a pool pass, you can get one at the Office. It costs $5 and is valid for as long as you reside here. If you move, we will return your $5.

Fence jumpers

This afternoon. we had 2 young men jump the pool fence and take a swim. The Police were called and arrived a while later; they did get to see these guys and had a word with them.  I wanted them trespass warned but they disappeared into a house and the officer did not see where.  These individuals will be banned from the pool.

We cannot have  people, whether they are residents, renters or whatever, jumping the fence when the pool is closed, the gates are locked and no pool staff is there.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday            2PM to 9PM

Saturday                                                   11AM to 9PM

Sunday                                               12 Noon to 8 PM
