The Pool will be permanently closed 2025 due to the high cost of operating and maintenance repairs that is required. We received a quote of $21,656.83 to bring the pool into operating condition. This does not include hiring a full time CPO (Certified Pool Operator) to maintain the chemicals and to sanitize if needed and to be on call. Plus the cost of paying monitors to work at the pool. We are sorry to see the pool being closed but the HOA does not have the funds for the operation needed to run the pool. Thank you for your understanding.
We are increasing the late fee on monthly dues from $25 to $50 beginning August 1st, 2025. This increase has been board approved. Please note that your HOA monthly dues are to be paid on the 1st of every month but there is a grace period until the 10th of the month. Any payment received after the 10th will receive a late fee of $50. We understand that times are difficult for many people and the HOA isn’t any different, as we rely on the dues to cover cost for maintenance and all expenses. Thank you for your cooperation.
The after-hours emergency plumbing phone is no longer in service. Any emergencies will be answered the following business day. If there is an emergency leak, please call the City of Grand Prairie at 972-237-8400 and they will turn the water off.
We will be having our Annual Meeting in the office on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 7pm.
Election packets were sent to all homeowners. Please send in either your Absentee ballot or Proxy as soon as possible.
If you plan on attending the Annual Meeting you can vote there.
DO NOT USE WATER ADVISORY:
The City of Grand Prairie has detected a foaming agent in the water supply north of I20. Crews are currently investigating the issue and working to isolate the affected area. If you live north of I20 in Grand Prairie, please avoid using water other than for flushing until further notice. The City will have bottled water distribution stations. Please visit gptx.org for specific locations. For questions regarding this matter, please contact 972-237-8400.
The office will be CLOSED on Monday, September 2nd, 2024 due to the Labor Day holiday. Trash will be picked up on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024. Please do not put out your trash until Tuesday morning.
