Once again, someone has caused significant damage to the fence on West Creek Lane. There is no possible way that whoever did this did not notice they hit the fence, or maybe they did know but did not care.
The HOA spent over $7000 putting a new fence along the entire length of West Creek Lane, and it seems some folks want it to look like the old fence that was literally falling down.
This damage happened over the weekend. If you know who did this, please call the Office. They need to pay to have it fixed!

We received reports of a few home burglaries during the past few days on West Townhouse Lane, and another reported on the East side. One happened around 2PM while the owner was at work.
Please report suspicious activity/vehicles to the Police.
One vehicle seen around the time of the West Townhouse Lane burglary was a White Chevrolet H/D Work truck with side boxes, like mechanical trucks; License Plate unknown.

The Office will be closed tomorrow. We will be open again on Monday.
We have a water leak located next to 34 East Mountain Lane. We will have to shut off the water to most of East Mountain Lane to correct the water leak.
We will be working on it Monday after we do trash pickup. The leak is in a 2″ line so we will have to shut off water to part of East Mountain to repair it..
