Instead of placing the latest Pipeline newsletter on the front page of the site, I have added a menu entry so you can see the most recent GP Pipeline.

Due to the large accumulation of discarded Televisions behind the maintenance area (about 30 so far) we will not be picking up old TV’s as trash from this date forward.
As a business, we cannot simply go to the landfill; they consider the HOA as a commercial entity and refuse to let us drop off these TV’s. I know because I have already tried to dispose of them at the landfill.
We cannot put them into the Compactor, either, without facing a huge fine. We will probably have to take these 30 TV’s we now have to a facility in the DFW area that will accept TV’s from commercial entities.
For those of you with TV’s to get rid of, please read below; if you need a water bill, stop by the Office and we will make a copy for you.

Office – The Office will close on Wednesday, December 23rd at Noon and will reopen at 8AM on Monday, December 28th.

Trash – We will be picking up trash on Thursday, December 24th.
We will pick up trash on Monday, the 28th and Thursday, the 31st, as usual.
We are still replacing sections of sidewalk due to ground shifting, the worst sidewalks first. This one is located near West Townhouse Lane; we will continue to replace sections of sidewalk as the Budget allows.
The Office will be closed tomorrow, December 4th. We will reopen on Monday, December 7th.
Just a reminder for those interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors that we will begin taking applications in the form of a resume starting January 2, 2016.
We have two director positions which will be on the Ballot.
