Our Maintenance guys built this Pergola from scratch using pressure treated wood; the main structure is 4″x 6″ posts set into concrete, and 2″x 6″ lumber was used for the primary roof structure. The lathing is made from 2″ x 2″.
The bench frames were cut and welded using 1.5″ square tubing. 2″ x 6″ pressure treated lumber is used on the benches and all wood was stained to seal it. The benches are bolted to the concrete pad.
