We have had a few calls to the Office about the letter sent out detailing Association Dues for 2015.<\/p>\n

Some people think the phrase “$158 and $148 if you have a security light”<\/em> means they have to pay both. This is not the case.<\/p>\n

You will pay the same dues in 2015 as you did in 2014; \u00a0$158 per month or $148 per month if you have a security light on your home.<\/p>\n
