Give the ultimate gift to a homeless animal this holiday season during the Twelve Strays of Christmas adoption special from now-Dec. 24 at Prairie Paws Animal Adoption Center, 2222 W. Warrior Trail. On Dec. 18, animals will be available for adoption for $18. This fee will increase by $1 daily as Dec. 25 approaches (the fee will correspond with the day’s date). The shelter’s operating hours will remain unchanged, and it will be closed Sundays and Mondays.
