Hello,<\/p>\n

I was just notified that the water leak is much worse than initially thought, and we will need to shut the water off immediately so they can locate where the line has broken.<\/p>\n

They have already tried pumping the water out with two pumps, but the water is still flowing tremendously, making it impossible for them to see where the leak is coming from.<\/p>\n

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while they work to locate and address the broken line.<\/p>\n
