Untied bags will not be picked up.<\/li>\n<li>Glass or sharp objects must be placed in a sealed box and clearly labeled.<\/li>\n<li>All trash must be placed out by 7:30 AM.<\/li>\n<li>Only covered trash cans may be set out the night before.<\/li>\n<li>Branches must be cut into 3-foot pieces and securely bundled.<\/li>\n<li>All boxes must be broken down.<\/li>\n<li>Do not apply bleach, cayenne pepper, or any other substances to trash bags.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community clean and safe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Homeowner\/Resident, This is a reminder of the community trash collection guidelines: All trash bags must not exceed 25 lbs.
