The\u00a0 notice of the 2026 budget has been placed in the mail for delivery. Please be on the lookout for them.\u00a0 The increase in dues will begin on January 1, 2026.\u00a0 Please make any changes at the bank if you are having them send automatic checks to pay your bills.
