The Pool will be permanently closed 2025 due to the high cost of operating and maintenance repairs that is required.\u00a0 We received a quote of $21,656.83 to bring the pool into operating condition. This does not include hiring a full time CPO (Certified Pool Operator) to maintain the chemicals and to sanitize if needed and to be on call. Plus the cost of paying monitors to work at the pool. We are sorry to see the pool being closed but the HOA does not have the funds for the operation needed to run the pool.
