We are increasing the late fee on monthly dues from $25 to $50 beginning August 1st, 2025. This increase has been board approved. Please note that your HOA monthly dues are to be paid on the 1st of every month but there is a grace period until the 10th of the month. Any payment received after the 10th will receive a late fee of $50. We understand that times are difficult for many people and the HOA isn’t any different, as we rely on the dues to cover cost for maintenance and all expenses.\u00a0 Thank you for your cooperation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
