{"id":4589,"date":"2024-01-11T14:05:08","date_gmt":"2024-01-11T20:05:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gpmcha.org\/?p=4589"},"modified":"2024-01-11T14:13:02","modified_gmt":"2024-01-11T20:13:02","slug":"2024-amended-fine-and-enforcement-policy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gpmcha.org\/?p=4589","title":{"rendered":"2024 Amended Fine and Enforcement Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 2023 Texas Legislature enacted some changes to the Texas Property Code chapter 209 that require us to have a schedule of fines and types of violations.\u00a0 This went into effect on January 1, 2024.
