These LPR cameras are now installed and Flock Safety is in the process of realigning them and making sure they are working and communicating properly.<\/p>\n<p>They will be feeding information to Grand Prairie Police directly, which will reduce response time should someone enter the property that is either wanted, in a stolen vehicle, or that is a known criminal.<\/p>\n<p>We are taking proactive steps to ensure the community is as safe as we can make it.\u00a0 However, residents should also get involved and let GPPD know of suspicious people, cars, or activity within the subdivision.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As we told you last month, the Board approved the installation of 7 License Plate Reader (LPR) cameras at several of our entrances.
