\"\"<\/a>We have been noticing that many people, residents and visitors alike, are driving through the property way too fast. Kids are out of school until the Fall, probably, and people are out walking and riding their bikes while we all try to stay home and stay healthy.<\/p>\n

I have seen it all too often, some drivers are doing at least 40 MPH (maybe more), which is entirely too fast. We installed speed bumps in an effort to slow people down, but the result is some drive faster so they cannot feel the speed bumps.\u00a0 This is totally unsafe, unacceptable and damages the speed bumps. The bolts holding them in place are being sheared off.<\/p>\n

The posted speed limit on property is 10 MPH for a reason. There are many blind corners here, including carports, and kids playing in and around our streets while they cannot go to school.<\/p>\n
